RESPONSIBILITIES
  • · Analytics & Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning solutions to enhance underwriting precision and claims outcomes.
  • · Insight & Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through effective visualization and communication.
  • · Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to embed analytics into workflows and drive measurable business impact.
  • · Data Management: Gather, validate, and structure data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure high-quality analyses.
  • · Leadership & Execution: Lead multiple strategic analytics projects, influence decision-making, and promote innovation within the department.
  • · Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development through internal training and industry conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • · Degree in a quantitative or scientific field
  • · 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably with advanced machine learning expertise.
  • · Proven record of delivering end-to-end modeling and statistical analysis projects.
  • · Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling implementation.
  • · Expert in SQL and relational databases; proficient in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • · Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau is an asset.
